Recorded delivery is highly reccomended to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time!
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, if they are not sent using recorded delivery.
All items will be sent in our elegant, 100% recycled gift boxes.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), or in the unlikely event that they are faulty, they can be returned within 14 days in their original, unworn, condition.
We will then be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the order to be re-posted.
